We share the frustration and sadness many students feel in having their school year cut short. While it was necessary for students to leave campus, we believe that there are countless ways in which the ASSU can support Stanford students, service workers, and post-docs.

In order for students to feel a sense of belonging at Stanford, financial and social barriers can't be a part of the Stanford experience. We are passionate about creating an inclusive classroom where course fees and/or teacher apathy do not define the classroom. This starts with increasing staff and TA diversity, along with continuing our work in eliminating course fees. In addition, we believe in supporting VSOs both fiscal guidance and though engaging groups with students across campus.
